Conditions
Modelled swell, wind, tide, and a seven-day outlook. This is a forecast, not a live observation at the reef.
A multi-peak West Java surf zone — not a single break. The Point (Legok Pari) is a mellow right-hand sand-bottom point that rolls for hundreds of metres and earns its longboard reputation; The Reef (Karang) steps up to a faster coral right; Bulak Benda is a more exposed hollow reef reached by boat; an inside beach section suits kids and first-timers. One of Java’s friendliest places to learn.
The Point and inside beach suit beginners and longboarders with local coaching. The Reef and Bulak Benda are intermediate–advanced — treat them as separate peaks, not beginner spillover.
Board & level fit

Gentle points are excellent for mid-length progression.
Shortboard · medium confidence
The main point lacks performance-wave pace.
Beginner · high confidence
Soft point and sand-bottom areas support learners.
Intermediate · high confidence
Bulak Benda can add a step up.
Advanced · medium confidence
Only punchier nearby sections offer more challenge.
This is evidence-led discovery guidance, not a safety rating. Swell, tide, wind, reef depth, and section choice can change the fit.
