Overview
Hairil “Oney” Anwar is an Indonesian professional surfer born and raised around Lakey Peak on Sumbawa. He developed his competitive career through an international junior program and competed on the WSL Qualifying Series. In 2025 he returned to Indonesia’s national-team lineup for the ISA World Surfing Games in El Salvador, where he produced the strongest men’s result reported for the Indonesian team.
